InfoTrack UK - How to add InfoTrack folder to documents section

All matter types where InfoTrack has been enabled, must have a folder within the documents section of Actionstep in order for Konekta to return the pdf. 


To add the folder please follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to Admin>Matter Types
  2. Click on the name of the matter type 
  3. Click on Folders from menu on left
  4. Add the folder name of InfoTrack and click Add **NOTE this is case sensitive and must be as per below


Repeat steps for all Matter Types.
