For InfoTrack orders placed from within the Konekta Plugin you can view the order history and status of orders placed from directly within the matter.
- Open the Konekta Launch page
- Click on order history under InfoTrack Integration
Here you will be able to also see the status of the search where there is a delay in obtaining the search results.
Troubleshooting
If you can't see any results, you may need to click on Fetch orders but before doing so ensure that the date range has been set for the period the orders would of been placed.
