The CLASS sync service connects to your Actionstep system and extracts data and sends it to CLASS. This is done in an automated fashion on a weekly basis.
The CLASS Sync Service expects the CLC Template to be installed in your Actionstep system. Without it the CLASS Sync service is not possible.
