To request a quote from Rapid Building Inspections (RBI) for your client, simply click on the Request Quote link under the RBI Tile on the Konekta Launch page
This will then open a pre-filed form with your client details that have been captured on your Actionstep matter
The only section on the form that will require manual completion is the Service that you require. Please select one of the checkboxes.
You then simply click on Request Quote which will send the submission across to RBI. Nothing further needs to be done by the Conveyancer/Actionstep user.
PLEASE NOTE: That by sumitting the request, you are authorising RBI to contact your client direct to arrange the inspection. No contact will be made via the Conveyancer.
