Konekta offers a full support service via 2 x options:
- Konekta online support; and
- Konekta knowledge base system
Konekta online support will create a support ticket where one of the Konekta Support Desk team will respond to your ticket and answer your queries or point you in the right direction as required. Where there is a issue/bug the Support Team will then escalate the ticket to the Konekta Development Team and/or third party vendors when needed.
The Knowledge base system, however, is the "go to" portal for any how to guides, any announcements and future enhancement announcements. This is constantly updating so we advise that this is your first port of call for support.
