You can have as many Matter Types as you like with Actionstep, however, within each Matter type you must
- Copy the 'CLC Template' data fields to your matter type and
- define the matter types 'Counting Rules' if you require the CLASS Sync service
The Counting rules for the CLASS Data sync are respected as per by the National Legal Assistance Data Standards Manual.
