There are special discounts available for Australian based CLC's including very discounted licences for volunteers.
Are there any other costs?
There are no other costs associated with Actionstep unless you purchase other services such as SMS or another add ons from the market place.

Do I have to get the CLASS Data Sync service as well, or can I just use the CLC Template?
The CLC Template is independent from any Data Sync service as such you can choose to install the CLC Template only without anything elese.
